Season Cast Iron Casserole Blueberry

Rather than copy a traditional design, our cooks and chefs started from the beginning and designed a contemporary casserole that will produce a huge variety of dishes at home perfectly. The walls and lid of our casserole are the same thickness to ensure even cooking and baking in the oven. The lid is slightly domed and designed to enable bread to rise, air to circulate and to catch moisture during the cooking and baking process. An array of small dimples on the lid then bastes your dish evenly with the captured moisture, helping bread to rise perfectly and the flavour of casseroles and roasts to be enhanced. Finally, generously sized handles, make the casserole easy to manoeuvre.
